Just an update ;)

(Captured by Jill Fleming on Katie's car)

This winter has truly been a winter wonderland!!  During Thanksgiving break we were snowed in for a couple of days and I had to miss a day of school because the roads were so bad.  I hate the cold of winter but I love the snowboarding!!  I went with my friend Brent this past Friday.  I love the sound of a snowboard gliding through fresh powder.  It is music to my ears.  I am soaking it up because soon I will be in Hawaii soaking up the rays of sun instead.

School is going well for the most part.  I'm not doing quite as well as I'd like to in my Pathophysiology class because he only grades us on 6 tests!  Let's just say tests are not my strength.  However, I am doing my best and have learned so much from that class.  The teacher loves me and never fails to call me up to the front of the class to show that I am missing my abducens nerve when we are learning about the eyes.  The whole class never fails to go "woah!!" also.   I just got finished with my online tutoring for an anatomy class.  It was nice to refresh the anatomy I learned last year and to be able to teach it to other people.  My FHE group is sooo fun!  Kensey Murray is our mom and she always plans really fun things.  We went sledding the other night and it was really intense.
I went on a date last weekend and the boys we went with put skis under a couch and pulled it with a rope behind a car in a church parking lot.  This one kid that was there could fit his cowboy boots perfectly into a pair of skis so he held onto the rope and went for a ski behind the car.  You know you're a redneck when you don't even have to have ski boots to fit into a pair of skis.  It was hilarious!  I can't wait to go home and see baby William, the Redder family, Andy, and Luke and Lindsey!  I miss my family when they are so far away.
