It's a great day to be alive!!

One of my very good friends from high school Macy Broadhead got baptized yesterday.  She took some discussions with Johnny and one at my house.  She took some more in Logan and was surrounded by really good friends who helped her make the decision.  All the sets of missionaries who taught her were there.  It was funny because Bryant baptized her and said the temple baptismal prayer instead of the regular one but then he said it again the right way.  Then when Macy came up she said,"are we good"?  It was cute.  In her testimony she talked about how she was most excited to have the Holy Ghost with her to help make decisions.  She said it has been a long journey for her but she knows the gospel is true and is excited to share it with others.  The sisters missionaries at the baptism were from Samoa and Hawaii.  They inspired Carmelite and I to serve missions even more.  Macy's friend Shancie and her brother sang a beautiful rendition of I know that my redeemer lives.  The spirit was so strong.  I am so grateful for the gospel in my life and I know how important it is to never give up on people.  It's our responsibility to strengthen one another.  The gospel changes lives!

Carmelite was really mad at that lady so she gave her the boot ;)
